Just to warn you all - don't order anything from Kiddicare!! They've so far taken over 2 weeks with my next day order and haven't responded to any of my emails apart from one saying "it's taken us so long to reply we expect it's turned up by now." There's no phone number to call them on, and a glance at twitter shows they are ripping people off left, right and centre!!

We ordered lots of things for our youngest child from there.

Mind you, he has just turned 7 so maybe it has gone down the pan a bit?

We found them very efficient.

Had the same thing trying to order a high chair. Ordered next day delivery, hadn't arrived two weeks later. Multiple emails and twitter nagging with no resolution! Couldn't tell me when it was going to be dispatched. No telephone number for customer services! Requested a refund immediately otherwise would ask bank to recall funds and would report to trading standards and BBC watchdog. Contacted them on Facebook messenger to say this too (as response seemed to be quicker there). Had confirmation of refund within 24 hours. Pestering them on every possible platform seems to be the way forward!

I've used their site a few times now. Never had a problem until...

A couple weeks ago I ordered a toddler mattress. Had problems with delivery. Kept getting emails to say my delivery date has been changed and then was being delivered to a store 300 miles away... very odd. I rang up the courier who said that my order number must of been muddled with another and somebody else was changing delivery etc. (Probably very confused why it was being delivered to Cornwall originally lol). I couldn't get through to them by phone. Took hours to reply by email. Poor customer service.

My mattress did eventually turn up...

When I lived an hour from Peterborough I used to go into the store all the time as its great, but agree the onlibe service can be crap.
