Taking an age to fall asleep at night

Hi, my daughter will turn two next month. The last two weeks It had been taking her over an hour, generally at least an hour and a half to get to sleep at night. We put her down at 7.15pm and she is happy enough (touch wood) and just talks and sings and rolls until about 8.30 (tonight was 8.45) before going to sleep. She sleeps during the day for about an hour, sometimes an hour fifteen max and is always awake by 3pm. Do I need to shorten her nap? Skip her nap? i suppose at least she isn't screaming... Wine
