My little girl is 2 and a half and has started biting me when she gets cross or frustrated. She doesn't bite anyone else, it seems to be just a little treat she saves for her mummy ! It's once or twice a week. I have tried telling her off and putting her in time out and have just shouted at her through tears as she's just broken the skin. Neither approach seems to be working as she smiles when she is saying sorry and seems to find it funny. Pure psychopath behaviour ! I am at a loss what to do. Please help !

She doesn't understand that it hurts so it's not that worrying that she finds it funny. I would choose an immediate consequence - naughty step, loss of TV or whatever and stick with it for a while to make it sink in - naughty step could be good as hopefully she will link the lack of attention with her actions which is a natural consequence of biting, no one wants to.play with you
