How do you define attachment parenting? Is it as simple as co-sleeping and baby wearing, or is there more to it?

HV said it was lovely to see, but didn't elaborate and although I've heard a little about it like co-sleeping, baby-wearing and extended breastfeeding, I wondered if it was more than that.

I feel like it's going with what makes the baby happy. For us it's co-sleeping, bf on demand (for a year or so anyway), bf until it stops naturally (22m with DS1) holding/carrying if reqd (but not babywearing all the time). No routines - we just go with the flow. Has downsides too though.
