Moses basket quilt/duvet

Hi all,
Its a long shot but I am looking for a duvet for a moses basket.My daughter(3 year old)has left her comforter -which was the duvet from her moses basket on the plane yesterday and is inconsolable Sad.
Does anyone know if I can buy it from somewhere or if someone has one floating around willing to sell it to me.

Have you tried contacting the airline at the airport you were at? They might have a lost property type facility?

No, didn't think of that.I will try that now. I am not very hopeful though as it is a tatty piece of fabric which is threadbare, cleaners must havethoi thought of it as a rag and binned it
