Baby drinking water?

Would it be ok to give my 7 week old baby a drink of water. The weather is just too hot.

My understanding is that if EBF you should offer the breast more frequently. Water won't harm your baby, far from it, but breast milk adapts and it is plenty enough as long as it's on demand. If FF then I guess it's also fine, although milk should be sufficient as well, just offer it more often.

Cooled boiled water is absolutely fine OP, offer it between feeds l I do with DC3 Smile
