Sorry I'm not very internet/device savvy 😕
DD is 3.5 and uses my iPad to watch YouTube...only occasionally for limited periods of time and I'm happy with that but the problem I have is she changes what she is watching by clicking on other things down the right hand side...does that make sense?
So I set her off with the phonics song tonight whilst I prepared tea.....to find her 5mins later on some foreign Peppa Pig where she is at the dentist getting her teeth pulled out 🙈😣...is there any way of stopping this? Or is YouTube just a bit of no go unsupervised?! X

If she can click between items, then it's no go unless someone is actually sitting with her.

You could try a portable DVD player instead? Then she can only see material which you approve of (assuming you shut away any adult ones you have)

Have you got YouTube Kids? It filters out a lot of the unsuitable material.

Aww YouTubeKids! Didn't even know it existed! Thanks...that sounds a sensible try! X
