How to do tummy time

Hi how do I do tummy time, I'm kind of scared of doing it, how do I get her back off her tummy? Sorry first time mum and nervous

Try it over your knees first or on your own tummySmile I normally get DS back over by either tucking an arm under him and gently rolling him over or sliding one hand down his back as I roll him onto his side. You'll get the hang of it, I know it can seem a bit daunting when they're very small!

Tummy time should really be called not-flat-on-the-back time. So sling carrying counts!

My dd is now 10. It just seemed like a natural thing to do especially as I got on the floor with her (head at her level) and sang or whatever. Why is it a fad?
