Hello Ladies.
My little boy is 1 year and two weeks and now have decided to stop breastfeeding from yesterday as it was more of a comfort thing. Going really well but today my breasts are EXTREMELY Full and very painful. Any tips for what to do to make it better and will my milk eventually just dry up?

I just went through this too! It took a full week to get better. I did express once or twice when it was really bad but otherwise tried not too. I wore a sports bra. That was it really. It was bad but got better almost overnight. Hth

Ive breast fed my three children over the years and when I stopped I did it gradually, stopping a feed and then another after a few days. Doing it this way allows your milk supply to decrease gradually and you don't get any pain or problems.
