Where to keep nappy bucket?

My first order of cloth nappies arrived today

Silly question though but where do you keep your nappy bucket? Our bathroom is too small so can't keep it in there. The baby's room has built in wardrobes/cupboards where I currently keep the laundry baskets. Could I keep it in there or would it smell?

Mine always stayed in the babies room. No terrible smells. It's where I changed any nappies. Any grim nappy that needed to be flushed I popped in one of those plastic takeaway tubs and carried to the bathroom.

Get a couple of giant wet bags too, inquisitive toddlers find them harder to investigate!
