Babys poo - help

Looking for some advice. 4 month old babys poo seems to have large black bits in it. Should I be worried?

No not on solids yet. Took him to the doctors this morning. They thought it was due to him being on gaviscon, being a little constipated at times that its old stool passing with fresh stool
