Where do you keep your Groegg/thermometer?

This may seem like a silly question but,

Where in your/your child's room room do you keep your Groegg/thermometer?

I used to keep mine in front of DS's crib but on the windowsill. Wondering whether the proximity of it being near the window is affecting the reading.

On her beside table, away from window and radiator.

Great! It doesn't have to be near the crib so I can move it.

I keep mine on a shelf on the opposite side of the room. It's not near the crib. Figured it didn't make much difference

Chest of drawers in middle ish of the room. I'd habe it away from a window as would guess that could skew the reading...

In the bin because the bloody thing just rages that it's too hot when there's bugger all I can do about it!

Haha Welshwease,** it does look hotter then it feels! Do you use something else then or judgement?
