Back ache!

Hi, not sure if this is in the right section but my i had my lb 15 months old via emergency c section and i seem to keep having back ache. It comes and goes but when it comes its horrible. Anyone else have this problem? X

It might just be that you have not restrengthened your core so you are pulling it when you pick your child up
