Playstation time log

Hi, does anyone know if there's a way to see how long your child has been playing their playstation? TIA

Like by looking at your watch you mean?

Thanks EveryoneTalkAboutPopMusic for your response, but not helpful at all. My teenager is allowed some privacy in his bedroom and so I don't think it appropriate to stand over him timing his playstation usage. However, on occasion I'd like to show him how long he's been playing. It's a technical question and not an invitation for moral judgement.

I'm told there is a family settings area on PlayStation where you can limit time; don't know if that tells you how long it's been used for though.
