I'm using a baby sleepyhead on the bed at night as she won't sleep in the basket is this OK

We did this to start with. Now dd is in sleepyhead in the side cot. HV was very supportive of sleepyhead in our bed, gave us safe sleeping guidelines and said she didn't blame dd at all for wanting to sleep there!

As long as you don't drink or smoke before bed and she's not premature, go for it! Ask your HV about safe sleeping if you're worried. Night time feeds will be easier too :) we're cosleeping too and love it

Also, if you're breastfeeding and having trouble settling, try feeding her to sleep whilst she's lying down in the sleepy head, and you won't have to worry about picking her up and disturbing her :) they can get used to that method though and not want to be out down once sleepy after feeding. :)

We don't use those anymore though, he's 7 months and just sleeps next to me. He's never under my blanket though
