Thinking of having another baby but ....

My kids are very against it .
I am with my new partner and we are so happy together. I have 3 kids ...2 boys aged 19&10 and one daughter aged 16 from my 17 year marriage. My boyfriend has one daughter aged 4 .
My question is will they come round to the idea or will there always be a divide ? .I don't want them to feel pushed out ....it should be a happy thing . Thanks in advance .

Dont have a baby just because you feel you missed out on something in the past and you think this new partner will give you that.

Frankly, you have enough children between you and you dont know him well enough yet.

Honestly, why do you want to bring another child into this?

Anyone can be 'amazing' when they only parent a few days a month. You dont know that he would be so great if he was doing it 24/7.

Focus on the kids you have.
