Lanisoh bags are great, I got mine on amazon or supermarkets / mothercare will have them.

Then either keep in the fridge (on the shelf not the door) or freezer if you're keeping it longer.

Rule is milk can be kept for 6h at room temp, 6d in fridge or 6m in freezer.

Once defrosted use in 24h.

The larger Boots have breast milk bags.

The sales attendant in our local, smaller Boots looked at me like I had two heads when I asked for breastmilk bags - he didn't have a clue what I was on about!

Ah OK if kept in a breast milk bag how do I give this to little one pour in bottle or how does it work? And lasts longer than formula milk then out in a bottle?

You keep it in the fridge like you would normal milk then put it in whichever container you want to use.

I can't advise about that as I was rubbish at expressing! I only managed it a few times, DS refused the bottle and I gave up!

I always found Kelly Mom to be a good source of info on BFing I expect she is on expressing also -
here's her page on it kellymom.com/category/bf/pumpingmoms/

Just a caution- I had loads of milk and fed mine for ages, but I could never express. No idea why- I just couldn't.
