My Little girls 3 months and she's on dairy free formula, she normally goes 5/6 days without pooing and my gp and health visitor said this is fine as long as she isn't straining but this time it's been 5 days but she's really straining and it's obviously hurting her been going on the last two days, do I contact my health visitor or wait a other day? Anyone been in this situation?

Also anything I can try to help? I've tried cool boiled water and warm boiled water, bicycle legs etc😊
