Newborn and reflux

Hi newborn in moses basket at moment, how can I and is it safe to raise the end to help with reflux and by how much

We stuck a couple of books under one end. Seemed to raise him enough to help a little

When my DD was in her Moses basket (2 1/2 years ago) we were advised to fold a towel up under one end of the mattress, but check with your midwife or hv first as advice is constantly changing! x

Yes it's safe (within reason of course!)
You'll have to experiment with the height
If your baby is very small they may slide to one side if the angle is too steep

We used a folded up blanket up at the top end under the mattress.
