Always go and buy clean clothes for DC, there and then, even if DC has more clothes than needed at home --
or do you let DC stay in the wet clothes until you get home?

I would buy cheap t-shirt and cheap trousers.

geekgrrl · 10/03/2007 17:45

buy something cheap! couldn't really leave a child in peed-on clothes whilst shopping.

SoupDragon · 10/03/2007 17:47

I'd buy something for them to grow into or "next season" if available.

Or I'd dry their clothes under the hand drier in the toilet. Which I have actually done!

CarGirl · 10/03/2007 17:48

mmmmmm if pants wetting is a regular occurance because they leave it too late, then I would finish my shop asap. Strip them off in the car and go home.

That is me being very honest!

If newly trained, completely out of character etc I would consider buying a pair of trousers - not nec the whole outfit IYSWIM

Surely a three year old is too young to be embarrassed so I'd just brazen it out but be as quick as possible. Nobody is going to blame a three year old for weeing herself after all.

themoon66 · 10/03/2007 17:52

Have held small DCs under hand-dryers in the ladies many times.
