I cant believe how few people think of using good old terry nappies these days. They are still the most efficient nappies there are IMO, especially 100% bamboo loop terries. They wash well, dry quickly, are suer efficient and always fit well. Teamed with a wool nappy cover they are absolutely the most long lasting overnight nappy there is. They're not difficult to fold, but if you're worried by origami folds, there's the Little Q-Dos nappy, which works like a terry but doesn't need the origami.
