My 15 day old is fed on demand (advice from midwives due to jaundice).

Jaundice is now sorted however he eats 3 ounces over 3 hours, not in 1 go.

As soon as he's finished, he's crying for his next bottle. Please help me!

So general guide is they need to drink 2.5 oz per pound of weight. 6.10 x 2.5 = around 16oz. But like I say, this is a guide. My daughter who was 3 weeks early and weighed 6.1 at birth has never drunk what she's "supposed" to. It's always been a lot less but at 4.5 months old she's healthy and is gaining weight. She's also jumped up a percentile which is great (she was born on the 9th). All babies are different and drink different amounts. Let him drink and take him to see the HV if you're worried.
