Microfibre inserts for cloth nappies

Hi, are these as good as the websites say? Some are two layer, some three, which should I get? Do you wash them with your cloth nappies and how long do they take to dry? Where can you get them at a good price?

TIA!

i have never heard if them im afraid. i use the mios nappies and buy the prefold cloth nappies to use as booster pads. they are medium absorbancy and great for boosters.

Hi busybee123

Here is an example

I'm trying to find some trim fitting nappies, or a slimmer insert for my Bumbles.

the micro inserts i use are made by mother of eden and are made for fuzzi bunz (you can see them at the same web site posted by busybee123. They are brilliant for absorbancy and drying! practically dry when they come out of the machine!!! i thoroughly recommend fuzzi bunz if you are looking for a trimmer nappy Karen99!!

I just buy microfibre cloths, I went into Lidl following the shopping thread, they sell 3 for 2.49. I fold them into 3 and just put them in. They are washed in with the nappies and dry very quickly.

Thx bea & kittypickle.

Yes, it was the MOE ones I saw, but wondered if you could get them cheaper. Are the ones in Lidl the same thing? Approx how long do they last if they're washed so constantly? I guess at 2.49 you could afford to replace them every now and then...

Sorry "get them cheaper" - I didn't mean the MoE ones, but microfibre cloths in general.

Which shopping thread was it?

just to say I have bought microfibre cloths from one of those superdrug type chemists today, after reading this thread. They were in the cleaning section at 69p each and everyone seemed to know about them when I asked - obviously the new big thing in duster technology!

Still haven't managed to get some myself... always forget to write them on my list! Have you tried them in a nappy?
