Wind wind wind! Techniques to share?

DD is 10 weeks and has wind but it doesn't really bother her until the nighttime (early hours usually) which I think is because she's been lying flat. The wind doesn't massively bother her but is stopping her sleeping for final sleep. It's more bottom end than burping.

I'm thinking to try spending more time burping (she rarely brings up a burp - although this may be my technique??) and do some stomach massage throughout the day to keep the wind moving.

Do you have any ideas of what may be useful? Burping techniques or wind erasers!

I swore by Infacol - the more wind we could get up and the earlier we could do it the better!

I also found myself patting ds's bum almost constantly which worked well to get him trumping. It was exceptionally annoying for dh though.

Tummy massage in clockwise motion in the bath. Cycling legs too!
