She is 13 months but a big 13 months and stocky with it but no rolls of fat .
Now dont get me wrong i am blessed to have 2 dc with good appetites but dd2 will quite easily eat the same ammount as dd1 who is 5
A typical days menu would be-
Breakfast - Bowl of cereal or slice of toast .

Mid morning -Banana ,dried fruit or rice cakes.

Lunch-Cucumber ,grapes,egg,cheese,and bread and butter

Dinner-Fish fingers,Broccoli,new potatoes.

Puddding-Yoghurt and dried fruit .
Also 3 bottles of milk.

The portions she eats are the same as dd1.
She occasionally has choc buttons and shares dd1's crisps sometimes as well.

Obviously there are days when if she is teething or off colour she wont eat all that but on the whole she just packs the food away.
I dont want to over feed her and always thought that if she wasn't hungry then she wouldn't eat it but i am wondering if i am wrong, even my mom has commented on how much she eats,i just dont remember dd1 eating that much at her age and she has always been a good eater.
I have no idea how heavy she is but i struggle to hold her for long and everyone comments on her weight.
What do you reckon am i over feeding her?

Personally I think it sounds fine - at 13 mo I really think children eat what they need. If in doubt get her weighed and see if she is still on her usual centile line or thereabouts.

dd2 is 18mth and has eaten the same sort of amount since 13mth or so (don't do midmorning snack as luch at 11 and tea at 4 with 2hr sleep). always =give a smaller portion to that of dd1 but she ends up eating more that dd1

dOESN'T SOUND A HUGE AMOUNT TO ME.
OOps CAPSLOCK. LOL
She is busy growing. I have a friend whose ds eats all the time, and he's a normal boy, not fat in the slightest. He has always been that way. From birth, she had so much milk her boobs were massive. And it still wasn't enough. He was on 9 oz bottles of hungry baby milk at weeks old.
In a couple of years you'll be saying, "DC wont eat anything!!!"
My 3 yo has become such a fussy eater, and easily ate what yours is eating now at that age.
Don't worry
