trackers for children

Hi, can anyone recommend any child trackers? We're going to Disneyland Paris this summer. I'm a single parent with a 7yr old and 5yr old twins - one of which is a runner and easily distracted! Although my parents will be there too, my dad will need an afternoon nap and if mum wants a break I could be with all 3 kids in a very crowded place. I'd like to get trackers but need some recommendations. I understand there's two types - GPS trackers and ones which sound an alarm if the distance between you and the child gets past a certain point.
My worries are one of them running off and getting lost and also (although I know it's very rare, it does happen) abduction.
