18 months lump behind ear

Not sure if I've posted to the right section.

My little boy is 18 months and I've noticed a small pea size lump behind is left ear. It's not sore. And you can't see it, it's under the skin, I can just feel the hard bump moving around when I rub my finger over it. Is this just a lymphnode?

You need to take him to the GP, the internet is not the right place for a diagnosis.
