Nursing- childcare allowance

Anyone know the requirements for receiving this at all? Its going to be a killer trying to pay for it all.

To get the maximum you have to literally living on the breadline.
have a look at this website-
student nurse

lots of student nurses on there who may be able to help. You wil have to register first though I think.

i dont get anything, dh earns good money but we still struggle to pay £600 a month in childcare.

We get ziltch!!

Mine is going to be at least 800 a month!! No I am taking it that we WONT get anything and then it'll be a pleasant surprise if we do!!

Its worth applying as you never know...sometimes they pleasently surprise you and failing that the university normally has a fund of some sort that you can apply for. If you don't get anywhere with the childcare from the bursary people then try going to the university itself.

I get some help with childcare costs from the bursary lot but get topped up from the university too....it still doesn't cover the full cost but it makes a difference. I'm sure its called the access fund and anyone can apply and again you never know.
