How often were your babies fed and how many oz's were they on at 9 days old?

Hey, my DD is 11 days and is on ebm (poor latch from birth - though she does sometimes take the breast). We're feeding her responsively so when she's done we stop feeding.

The recommended amount for a FF babyat this age is 90ml 6 times a day (every 4 hours).
