What time is bed time?

We have always put kids to bed at 7pm. My 8 (nearly 9) year old has just told me that no one he knows goes to bed that early.

Happy to review it (although we do like our adult only evenings).

Interested to know what others do...

Mine r 6,3,2. Up to bed at 8 and asleep by 8.30. They r up at about 6.30. If I do any earlier then they r up by 5. They really don't sleep much but that's all they need. 2 year old falls asleep in car during school pick up.

Mine went to bed at 7.30pm at that age, allowed to read till about 8.30pm.
