My 4months baby is clingey very clingey crying when she is alone like screaming how do I break her out of it ? Is letting her cry a option?

Just by being with her. Leaving her to cry will make it worse.

She's a baby. Why would she need to spend time alone?

More information needed here, but generally babies go through stages of clinginess. You could let her cry, but it sounds cruel to me.

Not clingey but when ever I put her down to do something she crysss so much it's hard to do stuff

Or baby carrier?

Sling or take her with you in her bouncer and chat to her.
