My son has been diagnosed with adhd has anyone got any tips about diet please

I never knew if it was the caffiene or something to do with the colouring, but if ever my ds had coke, you would be scraping him from the ceiling 20mins later.
Too much sugar generally was never a good thing.
There were certain additives - can't remember now he's grown - that seemed really specific, but I think you need to find what it is (if anything) that bothers your own ds. Generally that involves cutting all additives and artificial ingredients from his diet and then gradually re-introducing things and seeing if you think it affects him or not.
