Sickness bug! Advice !

DD 7 has sickness bug, started at school, picked up at 2pm. She can't even keep water down , do I take to hospital??

I wouldn't yet as it's not been that long. Is she passing urine? if so, what colour is it? It's only if she gets dehydrated that you need worry. Moisten her mouth and lips with very small sips of water. Even if she vomits she might still be keeping some fluid down. It's important to keep giving her some water. Generally she's better at home and should recover within 24 hours. I hope she's feels better soon.
