Hi,

My son has just turned one and we are moving off formula to cows milk. He is having a cup of milk in the morning and then a bottle of formula at night (looking to move to cows milk and then a cup in the next few weeks)

I know that he now needs to start having vitamins.

Which ones do you give and how do you administer? Do your children take them without a fuss? I don't really want to put flavoured ones in his water, as I worry that he will then start wanting juice. Maybe overthinking?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

We give vit drops once a day is that what you mean?
We just put them in their evening milk as they have no flavor.

Just seen your correction. I thought I had to give multi vitamins that contained vitamin d, but I could be wrong!

My dd has had Abidec Multivitamin drops since your sons age. Very small amount in a syringe. I think it tastes revolting but she has always liked them. You can mix it in milk but she takes it happily from the syringe. Asda sell them 3 for price of 2.

Thanks Bentley.
