Amber anklets - for teething

Can anyone recommend an amber company that sells anklets to prevent teething pain? Do they work? My three month is dribbling a lot Snd starting to put her hands in her mouth all the time. I'm sure it's just her stage of development but just in case, I'd like her to start wearing one soon if it's helpful. Thanks

A friend of mine believed she had to recharge hers with moonlight or some such nonsense

I thought they had to be washed in unicorn tears?

I teach science and the only thing amber teething necklaces are useful for is demonstrating that some people have no idea about how to evaluate a product's "scientific" claims.

YY. There is an analgesic compound in amber. However, unless your babies ankle is heated to a few hundred degrees it won't be released, and even then it would probably not be absorbed through the skin. So yes, bollocks.
