I've had another of those shouty mums moments... my specialty is to shout very loud and very suddenly when I feel I've had it (eg. it's 8.30pm, i'm gagging to zone out in front of my laptop and DS1 keeps grabbing toys instead of coming to his bedroom as he's being asked). Typical, typical stuff. Most people deal with it, I seem not to be able to.
Been reading quite a few threads about anger, but can't seem to find a good anger management class. Or a calm parenting class. I'm ready to throw money at this problem (well, let's see if I can afford it, I've just seen that 90 minutes with The Parent Practice is £195, yikes!).
Any advice most welcome!
