Baby born through ICSI

Hi, I have a beautiful 18 month old. I could not conceive naturally due to blocked tubes and therefore we tried IVF. Surprisingly we were told my partner had high sperm abnormality and that we should try ICSI. My daughter is 18 months old and very healthy. I do worry that she may have health problems due to ICSI. Does anyone know? Im particularly worried that she might have problems having children. Thanks.

ICSI baby here too. It's a relatively new procedure. Actually even IVF is a 'relatively' new procedure in the scheme of things so not sure they are m/any scientific studies.

I know it's hard not to worry but that future is a long way off and all sorts of medical and scientific developments will happen during our children's lifetimes so even if ther were difficulties they'd probably be manageable.

Just enjoy your gorgeous DD now and worry about that future if it happens
