Baby boys birthday present

Hi all..
I'm still stuck on ideas of what I can get my little boy for his first birthday in a couple of weeks. I've looked at lots of different things but I'm still undecided.
I want a toy he can get a lot of enjoyment from.
Any ideas?

My two DSs loved these stacking boxes and animals for years. Endless imaginative play and the animals are good for teething.

Annual pass to local leisure park/attraction?

Books/Building Blocks/push along toys/stacking toys/messy& sensory play stuff (sand/water table).

We've got DS a wooden walker with blocks in the tray bit. I had one as a child and loved it and played with it for years.

I've just bought the Fisher Price Stride to Ride Lion ( this ) for my little boy's first birthday, currently on offer for £30 in Sainsburys. Reviews sound good and I can't wait to see him play with it
