Mandarin playground in central London

Are there any Mandarin playgroups in central London for less than one year olds?

Do you want them to speak Mandarin at the playgroup, or do you just want to meet some Mandarin speakers? There's a fortnightly playgroup at the Chinese Church in Hammersmith, next to Brook Green. It's called Sparklers. They speak English there and most of the kids/carers are not Chinese, but the staff are Chinese - mix of Mandarin and Cantonese.
