Ours is a bit looser than yours/more changeable but anyways...

7ish, wake up, breastfeed, play in bed/watch daddy get dressed for work
8am breakfast
Get washed dressed and play until 10ish
Short Nap
Go out until lunchtime, town/park/shops
Has lunch when we get in
Play another hour or 2
Afternoon long 2+ hour nap
Sometimes have an afternoon snack if I'm having one
Play till daddy gets home
Dinner with us at 7
Bath only some nights as he has dry skin
Breastfeed to sleep around 8/8.30 (plus every few hours in the day)
Wake up many times a night for a cuddle

Sometimes we go out after lunch instead to playgroup/friends houses, rarely manage to get out twice a day though as I don't drive so don't want to get stuck on the bus during people's afternoon commute. We might pop to our local park in the summer but not now as it's dark when he wakes up from his nap.

My 8mo has to fit in around her brother who is 2.7yo so naps tend to be more on the go (in the sling/buggy/car) unless she falls asleep if/when he sleeps. Other than that it is pretty similar to yours.

6-7pm - wake up and bf in bed
8am ish - breakfast
8.30-9am - short nap at home of nap while out.
9.30 - out to playgroup/library/park/play date/woods etc. Will
Possibly nap in buggy/car/sling during this time.
12 noon - lunch
1pm - aim for both kids to nap. Normally a bf on waking up.
2.30-3pm - playing at home/chores/food shopping/housework etc
5pm ish - dinner
6pm - bath
6.30pm - bf and bed

1-2 bf during the night.

She will

No set schedule - varies depending on the night before/wake up time - but as an outline...

7am - wake and bf
8am - breakfast & play time
10am - nap for approx 1hr, sometimes 1.5hrs (bf to sleep)
11am -12pm some kind of baby group/activity/walk/errand
1pm - lunch
2pm - nap (tends to be longer than morning nap)
4pm - play time & Gilmore Girls
5pm - tea
6pm - start making moves towards bedtime. Feed. Sometimes a bath. Quiet play. Into PJs. Stories and cuddles.
7pm - feed to sleep and pop in bed
On a good night, wakes up twice in the night. But we've not had a good night in a while...
