My neighbour shouts and swears at her children from the movement they open their eyes and as soon as they return from school. There is door banging shouting hysterical crying with loads of swearing. I don,t know what to do, they are fed, clothed and taken to school. It,s their emotional care I am very worried about,. I once asked her why she shouted so much, she said they don,t ta,e any notice otherwise, but this is every day.
