For over a week i have had a bad chesty cough ,its progressively getting worst.From previous experience when i get chest infections they can last a month.Last night i got no sleep and my daughter is still home from school,my other half is back at work.I am exhausted,cant stop coughing and have a child that constantly wants to talk and play.
Shes currently humming christmas songs and shooting a toy bow and arrows at the ceiling.
I dont know what to do apart from put the tv on and pretend the house is not in a dire state
how do you cope
