Ideas for Physical Play

I'm looking for tips or ideas to entertain an energetic toddler when you're stuck indoors and can't get out for whatever reason. Sometimes we're housebound, if DD2 is ill for example, and DD1 gets really agitated as she's got so much energy she needs to burn off. Any tried and tested physical activities?

Zumba!
We do it in the nursery where I work and they love it! Ages from 18 month to 4 years all join in

I put cosmos (sp?) kids yoga on YouTube on TV. My 2.5yo loves it and I join in with the baby. It's quite a workout for kids yoga or I am seriously unfit

Ooo I'll check out that yoga video. I found one a while back but something more energetic would be good. I'll also have a look for a Zumba video. I've never done it myself so it could be a laugh for me to try it as well!
