My nipples are on fire!
Been Breastfeeding my lo who us 6 weeks old. All has been going well but suddenly on Monday my nipples got really sore. Just it was the left which is still worse but the right is bad now too. I thought it might just be overuse as clustered ALOT that day but they aren't getting better.
I'm trying to persevere with feeding but it is do uncomfortable. Expressing hurts too. I only have 2 bags in the freezer as new to storing my milk.
There's nothing to see, they don't look sore. I'm applying lanolin cream after each feed.
What is wrong and what can I do?
