Sugar free Aloe Vera juice for 3 year old?

Just wondering if it's a healthy option? She like the Grace sugar free one. Says it's 30% aloe Vera and provides 100% rda of vitamin c but that'll be for an adult. Is this too much for a 3 year old?

Vitamin c is water soluble - she will just wee out any excess. If she likes the taste of it, then maybe it would be ok as a treat but I don't think it would have any significant health benefits. Does sugar free mean it has sweeteners added? And what is the other 70% made up of?

All the sugar free ones I've tried have been undrinkable even for me. So so bitter. I mix it with banana and coconut oil.

Hang on sorry, she likes it?!

The vitC will be fine, but I suspect it'll be rammed full of sweeteners which is not a good thing.

Lol yeah she likes it.

Ingredients; water, aloe Vera juice (30%) malic acid, sucralose, natural grape flavour, vitamin c

So yes does have sweetener in it.

I'm just amazing anyone actually likes it. It's the most vile thing I've ever tasted.

This one has a grape taste. Not a drink I could have a lot of though.
