Does this sound like success?

Yesterday was day one of potty training. We had 9 wees and 1 poo on potty (all with promnpting)and 6 accidents. Dry after nap too.
Today, so far, 7 unprompted wees, 2 prompted wees and a poo in potty. 3 accidents.

Anyone? This is my first and I'm clueless!!

Ok, end of day 2. 14 wees on potty (9 unprompted). 2 poos (both unprompted). 6 prompted. 3 accidents - all this morning and no accidents since 11am (including nap time)!!!! Am v happy I know I am unreasonably pleased about this, but in my mind this has been such a hurdle. DD is 2.1 and doing really well!!!!!!

Sounds a lot like the first few days with my DD (she was 2.6 at the time). Lots and lots of wees! The novelty wore off after a couple of weeks and she started to go for sensible periods of time between trips to the potty. We had a couple of hiccups - she had a couple of accidents the first day back at nursery after four days at home, because they didn't remind her like I did. Now she's better at nursery than at home, takes herself off to the loo quite happily whereas at home she says 'I need a wee!' and stands there waiting for me to produce a potty! She had maybe six weeks when she was petrified to do a poo, plus she would get the urge to go but not know how to 'try' once she got on the loo or potty, and she could be distressed and hopping on and off the potty for hours in the day. I came on here and did a search, and frightened the life out of myself! But she just got over it.
