What do you do with your LOs

Just sitting here with my 20 month old looking out of the window at the bleak weather and wondering what to do together today.

The only thing I can think of is a soft play but she doesn't always love them that much and I end up wondering why I bothered.

My friends with kids are busy today as well so no play date options.

What does everyone else do with their young kids when you can do walks/parks etc?

My 2 year old still loves going for a walk/ to the park/ to feed the ducks on wet days wearing her wellies and a puddle suit

Actually I think she prefers it. Jumping and splashing in puddles is awesome, esp if she manages to splash mommy. And wet slides on the park are wicked fast in a puddle suit Grin

Yep puddle suit and puddle hunting all the way. Occasionally we have a games/ crafty indoor day but I get cabin fever. Garden centres are often a good short trip out. Lots of awesome things to look at, spave to run around a little bit, quick fruit juice in the cafe. Or library or museum if you have one near xx

We still go outside if it isn't torrential.

Otherwise:
Museums, art galleries, swimming pool, cafe, library, or stay indoors and do some craft, baking, playing, long baths, and I getbon with some stuff

Oh also indoor toddler circuits if you have a ball/hoop/beanbags etc make a few challenges and send them round and round. In learnt this from a friend and it's priceless :)

Puddles look like an option although I don't know if there are any round here. Love the toddler circuit idea. I have decided to go swimming with her today instead.
