My twins are now 10 months old and I think I really need to sleep train them. They are up about 6 times each Every night and I'm very tired. I'm breastfeeding them and at the moment I will get them out as soon as they cry and nurse them. I know I shouldn't do that but I worry they will wake each other up if I let them cry. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
