6 month plus dummy

DD is now 6 months. She only has a dummy for sleep time and the occasional poo-explosion nappy change when we are out and about and she is crying and try to twist of the changing table Blush.

I have seen dummies for 6 months plus. Do we need to change to these? The packaging says it is easier to see her smile but she only really has them for sleep.

I changed to the 6 month + ones. I have no idea but I thought they might be better designed around their teeth.

I changed cos they're much bigger. They seemed to find them easier to suck.

I am partly hoping that she finds them harder to suck and therefore less appealing.

I would change unless she is very petite or you stop using it totally in the next month or so. My DD (to be fair she is two now so much bigger) found one of her 0-6 dummies recently and managed to put the whole thing inside her mouth, so it can become a choking risk over time which is why they do two sizes.

She is on the big size. I had better get some new ones.
