A sickness bug?

My daughter is 7 and came home from school on Monday saying she felt sick. She had no food to eat and went to bed and was sick that night. She was also sick Tuesday morning so I kept her off school that day. She seamed ok in her self but did have a temperature but by that evening seamed a lot better and her temp had gone. Wednesday morning she seamed fine and ate her breakfast so I took her to school as their policy is if the child hasn't vomited for at least 24 hours tbey can return to school.... she came out of school last night saying she felt sick again!! She had no food again last night and has vomited 6 times since, just wants to lay in bed as her legs are hurting.... looks very pale but no temp. Does it sound like a sickness bug as she went a good 36 hours without vomiting then it's back

How is she now?

We have been to the GP this morning who said she wasn't dehydrated and to keep giving her sips of water and let her rest so today she's fell asleep 3 times and took tiny sips of water and been sick once which was a lot of fluid.... she had a wee at 9am and a wee at 7pm. She hasn't wanted to move at all and just lay on the sofa falling asleep then waking up
